• Best Line Oil Company has been approved by Shell Oil’s Distributor Product Quality Assurance (DPQA) Program. The DPQA quality approval is the lubricant industry’s most stringent national inspection program for bulk handling and packaging. The program covers procedures, sampling, cleanliness, piping, tanks, valves, loading, unloading, labeling, safety, flushing, logs, regulations, environmental procedures and many other aspects of proper lubricant handling.

• DPQA employs many of the same principles as ISO 9002 and QS 9000, but adapts them specifically to the lubricant storage and handling business.

• Best Line Oil has dedicated delivery lines and tanks to prevent the cross-contamination of fluids.

• Best Line Oil retains samples of all bulk product for quality assurance.

• Best Line Oil purchases all of their products from major suppliers and does “not” blend its own oil. Best Line Oil does this to assure the research, development, base stock consistency and additives packages are the same quality and consistency you expect “every time” you receive a delivery. All products meet or exceed OEM manufacturer's requirements for such lubricants and are licensed with the American Petroleum Institute (API).
